Why I Stayed Small

Feeling small because of epilepsy
Why I never stepped into my full power until midlife is beyond me. Perhaps I had some strange notion that it was safer to stay small. Sound crazy?

I knew I had it in me, but I seemed to sabotage opportunities, jobs, friendships, and relationships, as I thought they would end anyway since I had a condition. So not true! I knew I could do and achieve whatever I wanted, but I chose not to and always stayed at 80%. Was it easier? Probably.

I had crazy thoughts and insecurities. I do not feel that way now and have not since I started getting coaching.

I did always have a drive, but . . . fear or denial held me back.

I know I have a purpose in life now; I know I always did, but what was it?

A coach helped me identify my issues with epilepsy and my desire to coach others so they did not have to go through all that I went through. Why I held myself back in the past is a mystery. So much time was wasted, but the journey was a great lesson.

I became determined and would not stop until I got to where I am now. After years of learning and training, I have a business; the journey ahead is SO exciting for me: serving others and hopefully being of service in helping them live with more ease.

Can you feel that you are holding yourself back, just a little or maybe a lot? Let's talk and explore why that is. Epilepsy may never leave you, but it does not have to STOP you.
